Obituary

Mesa, Arizona/ Southbridge... Estelle B. (Peloquin) Mandeville, 89, a former longtime resident of Southbridge, passed away at her home in Mesa on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. Her husband of 50 years was the late Romeo R. Mandeville who died August 29, 1996.

She is survived by her 3 daughters Carol and her husband Harry Dupre of Sun Lake, AZ, Diane and her husband Steven Fournier of Paradise Valley, AZ, and Nancy and her husband Marc Renaud of Sturbridge, 8 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Ronald Mandeville who died in 1981.

Mrs. Mandeville was born in Southbridge, daughter of Narcisse and Odile (Lamothe) Peloquin and lived in Southbridge before moving to Arizona three years ago. She was a member of Notre Dame Church, and was a graduate of the former Mary E. Wells High School Class of 1945. She retired from the American Optical Company where she worked for over 30 years as an office clerk. She previously worked at Russell Harrington (Dexter Russell) Cutlery Company.

The funeral will be Friday, April 29th, from Sansoucy Funeral Home 40 Marcy Street Southbridge, with a Mass at 10AM at Notre Dame Church 446 Main Street Southbridge, MA 01550. Burial will follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery, Charlton Street, Southbridge. A calling hour will be held prior to the mass at the funeral home from 8:30-9;30AM.
