Thursday, May 03 CHESHIRE — June Lamb, 76, of 21 Fourth Ave., died Tuesday at home.

Born in Adams on June 29, 1930, a daughter of Robert and Mabel Alderman Horn, she was a 1949 graduate of the former Adams High School.

Mrs. Lamb was a homemaker.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church, where she served as a deaconess, was a member of the Women's League and sang in the choir.
Her husband, Robert Farnam Lamb Sr., whom she married Aug. 5, 1950, at First Baptist Church, died Sept. 29, 2004.

Mrs. Lamb leaves two sons, Robert F. Lamb Jr. and Gary E. Lamb, both of Cheshire; a daughter, Cynthia E. LaRoche of Cheshire; two brothers, Robert L. Horn of Delmar, N.Y., and Walter J. Horn of Virginia; two sisters, Joyce Fletcher and Janet Bleil, both of Cheshire; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

FUNERAL NOTICE — The funeral for June Lamb, who died Tuesday, May 1, 2007, will be private. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Lamb may be made to Hospice of Northern Berkshire in care of DERY-CHESHIRE FUNERAL HOME, P.O. Box 445, Cheshire. Mrs. Lamb also leaves eight grandchildren, Tara J. Williamson, Ben LaRoche, Jenn Smith, Kyle, Kelly, Gabe and Josh Lamb and Alicia Bannister; four great-grandchildren, Dalton LaRoche Cantoni, Felicia LaRoche, Jasmine Smith and Kayden Bannister; two daughters-in-law, Sandra and Suzanne Lamb; and a son-in-law, Dale LaRoche. A sister, Jean Boynton, is deceased.
