We will sell the real estate and personal property belonging to Mr. John Tomko located on Long Branch road, Wilkinsonville, Conn., (go south from Webster via Ash street) on Saturday, October 6 at 1:30 o'clock P.M. Standard Time as described: 113 acres of land with all buildings thereon standing, consisting of two cottage houses and 5 and 6 rooms with water, two cattle barns, wagon shed, new milk house and other buildings, 60 arces of the land is heavily wooded with oak and cordwood ready to cut, easy delivery to Webster via stat road, 35 young apple, peach and pear trees, well filled, 15 tons of hay, corn and cabbage, potatoes, etc. Farm equipment consists of fine pair of young farm horses 7 and 8 years old, new milch cow, 3 heifers due this winter, 50 hens, 3 geese, 3 pigs, disc harrow, two plows, cultivator, two-horse team wagon, two-horse tip-cart, one-hourse farm wagon, express wagon, buggy, fodder cutter, grindstone good two horse mower, good hay rake, pair of double harnesses, several single harnesses (light and heavy), pair of collars and other valuable property.

Auctioneers Statement: This is a very desirable farm under a high state of cultivation in an ideal location easily accessible to state road and city of Webster. Buildings all have water supply and are in excellent condition. Propery may be easily divided into two farms on account of location of the houses and barns. Terms and conditions: The auctioneers reserve the right to sell the equipment with or without the real estate, $750.00 in cash will be required at time of sale and the balance upon delivery of the deed.
