  • News 1936 - BOY'S DROWNED BODY FOUND.
    Charlotte, April 8. - (AP) - The body of D. C. Kiser, Jr., 13 year old boy who was drowned in Sugar Creek yesterday, was recovered this morning.

    The body was about half a mile down stream from the point on his father's farm near Pineville where Kiser fell into the flooded stream.
