Burnham, Maine
Waldo county. It lies 37 miles N.E. from Augusta and about 30 N.W. from Belfast. It is bounded S.W. by Sebasticook river, and E. by Troy. Incorporated, 1824. Population, 1837, 602. It produced 2,297 bushels of wheat in 1837.

Burnham or Burnham Village, a post-village of Waldo co., Me., in Burnham township (town), on the Sebasticook River and on the Maine Central R., 41 miles W. by S. of Bangor. Pop. of the town in 1900, 766.
