Sioux Rapids, a banking post-town of Buena Vista co., Iowa, on the Little Sioux River, 20 miles N. of Storm Lake and about 60 miles WNW. of Fort Dodge, on the Minneapolis and St. Louise R. and the Northwestern Line. Pop. in 1900, 1005.
