Bakers Island Lights, 1905

Bakers Island Light is a historic lighthouse off the coast of Salem, MA, first built in 1791. The current 59-foot granite tower dates to 1820 and still helps guide ships in Salem Sound. It’s on private land but can be visited by boat tours through Essex Heritage.
