Francoise died 27 December 1791 in Berthierville, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Haut) (Ste-Genevieve-de-Berthier). Francoise was the child of Nicolas FAVREAU and Marguerite LACOSTE.
From its inception in the early 1600s until 1760, it was called Canada, New France.
