Joseph  married  Elisabeth MEUNIER dite LAPIERRE 4 February 1771 in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Elisabeth MEUNIER dite LAPIERRE  was born 20 September 1750 in Verchères, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-Vercheres).  Elisabeth died 22 January 1836 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (Pointe-Olivier).  Elisabeth was the child of Joseph MEUNIER dit LAPIERRE and Isabelle MIEL dite LUSIGNAN.

Joseph PHANEUF died 26 April 1830 in Saint-Damase, Saint-Hyacinthe, Lower Canada .
