I was rerecorded May 10, 1719 by Ephraim Hughlett, his s on, as a copy, attested and witnessed by the marks of Robe r (x) Christopher and Ann (A) Christopher as follows, and o riginally probated on January 19, 1705/ 6:

In the name of God Amen the last will and testament of Joh n Hughlett being in good and perfect mind and memory thank s be to God for ye same and calling to remembrance ye uncer tain estate of this transitory life and that all flesh mus t yield unto death when it shall please God to call, I do m ake Ordain and Declare this to be my last will and testamen t, in manner and form as followeth.
