Hannah first married Peter Farnum (Farnham), December 8, 1686, Killingworth, Connecticut. They had eight known children: Joanna, Peter Jr., Hannah, Nathaniel, Josiah, Phoebe, and John. Peter died in 1704.

Hannah (Wilcoxson) Farnum married Ensign Nathaniel Royce, August 24, 1707, Wallingford, Connecticut. She was his third wife and this marriage was short-lived, as she died the following April.
