William  MILLER

'William Miller is said to have been living at Ipswich, Massachusetts, by 1648. He was one of the twenty-four petitioners to the Massachusetts Coloney in 1653, to found and settled 'Nonotuck' now Northampton, Massachusetts. He, his wife and two small daughters arrived at Northampton in 1654. He and his wife, Patience, had eleven children. He died in 1690 at Northampton, his wife died in 1716. Their son, William Miller (1659-1705), was born at Northampton, Massachusetts. He married Mary Bushnell (1672-1735) at Saybrook, Conneciticut, in 1693. They had six children, 1694- ca. 1704. He died at Glastonbury, Connecituct, in 1706. Descendants listed lived in Connecituct, New York, and elsewhere.'
