Jean-Baptiste GLADU dit COGNAC  was born abt. 1718 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Jean-Baptiste died 29 January 1797 in Châteauguay, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joachim-de-Chateauguay) .  Jean-Baptiste was the child of Nicolas GLADU dit COGNAC and Marie-Louise LAPORTE dite ST-GEORGES.
