Marie-Charlotte LEDUC  was born 3 September 1732 in Verchères, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-Vercheres).  Marie-Charlotte died 13 August 1752 in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada.  Marie-Charlotte was the child of Pierre-Charles LEDUC and Marie-Madeleine VIEL dite DESNOYERS.

Alexis  married  (2) Marie BENOIT dite LIVERNOIS 12 March 1756 in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 2 children.
Marie BENOIT dite LIVERNOIS  was born 1 February 1736 in Verchères, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-Vercheres).  Marie died 18 September 1787 in Verchères, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-Vercheres).  Marie was the child of François-Marie BENOIT dit LIVERNOIS and Marie-Marguerite-Catherine FONTAINE.

Alexis  married  (3) Marie-Elisabeth-Isabelle FOISY 21 April 1788 in Verchères, Province of Québec, Canada .  Marie-Elisabeth-Isabelle FOISY  was born 9 January 1752 in Verchères, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-Vercheres).  Marie-Elisabeth-Isabelle died 9 May 1833 in Verchères, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-Vercheres).  Marie-Elisabeth-Isabelle was the child of François-Marie FOISY dit FRESNIÈRE and Marie-Elisabeth-Isabelle VEGIARD dite LABONTÉ.

Did You Know? Québec Généalogie - What is a 'dit/dite' name?  When the first settlers came to Québec from France it was a custom to add a 'dit' nickname to the surname. The English translation of 'dit' is 'said'. The Colonists of Nouvelle France added 'dit' names as distinguishers. A settler might have wanted to differentiate their family from their siblings by taking a 'dit' name that described the locale to which they had relocated. The acquiring of a 'dit' name might also be the result of a casual adoption, whereby the person wanted to honor the family who had raised them. Another reason was also to distinguish themselves by taking as a 'dit' name the town or village in France from which they originated. This custom ended around 1900 when people began using only one name, either the 'dit' nickname or their original surname.
