Jean-Pierre HERPIN (ARPIN) dit POITEVIN  was born 16 April 1725 in Contrecœur, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Trinité-de-Contrecoeur).  Jean-Pierre died 6 January 1802 in Saint-Ours, Québec, Canada (Immaculée-Conception).  Jean-Pierre was the child of Jean-Baptiste HERPIN (ARPIN) dit POITEVIN and Agnes MARTIN.
