Anselme  married  (2) Philomene LIPPE 6 August 1866 in Lanoraie, Canada East .  Philomene LIPPE  was born 4 May 1841 in Lavaltrie, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine).  Philomene died 5 March 1923 in Sorel, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre).  Philomene was the child of Joseph-René LIPPE and Sophie BEAUGRAND dite CHAMPAGNE.
