Eustache  married  Marie-Madeleine FORGET 21 November 1725 in Laval, Canada, New France .  Marie-Madeleine FORGET  was born 3 March 1706 in Laval, Québec, Canada (Saint François-de-Sales-de-l'Ile-Jésus).  Marie-Madeleine died 12 April 1734 in Laval, Québec, Canada (Saint François-de-Sales-de-l'Ile-Jésus).  Marie-Madeleine was the child of Guillaume FORGET and Barbe BEAUCHAMP.

Eustache  married  (2) Marie-Cunegonde GAUTHIER 22 June 1739 in Terrebonne, Canada, New France .  Marie-Cunegonde GAUTHIER  was born 6 August 1714 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Marie-Cunegonde died 3 May 1740 in Lachenaie, Québec, Canada (Saint-Charles-de-Lachenaie).  Marie-Cunegonde was the child of André GAUTHIER and Catherine TOURNOIS.

Eustache  married  (3) Louise LAURIN 17 April 1741 in Lachenaie, Canada, New France .  Louise LAURIN  was born 6 October 1718 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City).  Louise died 12 November 1783 in Mascouche, Québec, Canada (Saint-Henri-de-Mascouche).  Louise was the child of Simon LAURIN (LORRAIN) and Marie-Louise BESSIERE dite MORASSE.

Did You Know? Québec Généalogie - What is a 'dit/dite' name?  When the first settlers came to Québec from France it was a custom to add a 'dit' nickname to the surname. The English translation of 'dit' is 'said'. The Colonists of Nouvelle France added 'dit' names as distinguishers. A settler might have wanted to differentiate their family from their siblings by taking a 'dit' name that described the locale to which they had relocated. The acquiring of a 'dit' name might also be the result of a casual adoption, whereby the person wanted to honor the family who had raised them. Another reason was also to distinguish themselves by taking as a 'dit' name the town or village in France from which they originated. This custom ended around 1900 when people began using only one name, either the 'dit' nickname or their original surname.
