Charles BERNIER  was born 24 August 1811 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  Charles died 24 November 1900 in L'Anse-Saint-Jean, Québec, Canada.  Charles was the child of Charles-Marie BERNIER and Marie-Julie JALBERT.
