Joseph  married  Josephte MORAND 8 February 1796 in Boucherville, Lower Canada .  Josephte MORAND  was born abt. 1772 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Josephte died 14 October 1848 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Josephte was the child of Laurent MORAND dit LAGRANDEUR and Pelagie MASSUE.
