Daniel BENOIT dit LIVERNOIS  was born 6 May 1742 in Chambly, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Chambly).  Daniel died 17 February 1798 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (Pointe-Olivier).  Daniel was the child of Étienne BENOIT dit LIVERNOIS and Marie-Charlotte CHARLES dite LAJEUNESSE.

Marguerite NEVEU died 13 March 1792 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Lower Canada .
