Joseph FRECHETTE  was born 2 April 1786 in Saint-Nicolas, Lévis, Québec, Canada .  Joseph died 25 April 1869 in St Pierre, Manitoba, Canada (St-Pierre-Jolys).  Joseph was the child of Louis FRECHETTE and Marie-Thecle DUBOIS.
