Alexis  married  Marie-Louise LEFEBVRE 14 November 1768 in Batiscan, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 2 children.
Marie-Louise LEFEBVRE  was born 30 April 1743 in Batiscan, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan) (Saint-François-Xavier).  Marie-Louise died 12 November 1812 in Louiseville, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup).  Marie-Louise was the child of Alexis LEFEBVRE dit VILLEMURE and Ursule DUBOIS dite BRISEBOIS.

Alexis JUNEAU died 23 September 1814 in Louiseville, Lower Canada .
