'Advance' - Our Tracadie correspondent writes: A melancholy accident occurred in this vicinity on Saturday 9th inst. A young man named Augustine THOMAS was killed in the woods near the Little Tracadie River (Glouc. Co. ), by being struck by branches of a tree which he was felling. The only witness to the sad occurrence was his younger brother who was working with him. (see original)
