PHILADELPHIA - (AP) - Federal authorities today were holding Arthur F. Woldorf, Jr., 21, a former Ohio State University student, on draft violation charges.

GETS JAIL IN DRAFT DODGE
PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 9. (AP) - Arthur F. Woldorf, Jr., 21, formerly of Steubenville, O., was sentenced yesterday to a year in federal penitentiary as a draft violator. Woldorf is a former Ohio State University Student.

1953 - Married In Church
The altar of the Mayflower Congregational church was banked with palms and decorated with beauty baskets of white flowers when Miss Dorothy Hainer became the bride of Arthur F. Woldorf, Columbus, yesterday in a double ring ceremony performed at 2:30 p.m. The Rev. Rudy H. Thomas of the Central Community church, Columbus, united the couple in marriage. He was assisted by the Rev. A. F. Lindbeck. The custom of open church was used.

Mrs. Roger Au presided at the console of the organ for a program of traditional wedding music.

The bride, daughter of Cleo F. Hainer, 298 Dudley Ave., was escorted to the altar and given in marriage by her father. She was attired in a street length dusty rose antique shantung dress with a matching hat. White accessories, and a corsage of white roses and stephanotis completed her ensemble.

WOLDORF Arthur 'Ted' Woldorf, age 79, long time Delaware County resident, passed away quietly on August 12, 2009 at Westminster Thurber Retirement Community, after a long journey with Parkinsons Disease. Born March 24, 1930 in Wheeling, W.Va. Ted graduated from OSU and worked for 30 years for the Ohio Dept. of Natural Resources in the Water Division. Ted (Art) is survived by his wife of 56 years, Dorothy Woldorf; daughter, Tamara Kato; son, Terrence Woldorf; four grandchildren, Stacia and Nick Woldorf, and Marissa and Mikaela Kato. A celebration of his life and memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Central Ohio Parkinson Society, P.O.
