Jean-Baptiste  married  Marie-Charlotte CASAVANT dite LADÉBAUCHE 12 January 1795 in Verchères, Lower Canada .  Marie-Charlotte CASAVANT dite LADÉBAUCHE  was born 2 November 1752 in Verchères, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-Vercheres).  Marie-Charlotte died 28 October 1838 in Marieville, Rouville, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marie-de-Monnoir).  Marie-Charlotte was the child of Louis CASAVANT and Charlotte BERTRAND dite DESROCHERS.
