Joseph  married  Catherine ROUSSEAU 26 January 1750 in La Prairie, Canada, New France .  Catherine ROUSSEAU  was born 3 December 1725 in La Prairie, Québec, Canada (St-Philippe) (St-Jean-François-Régis) (La Nativité).  Catherine died 4 June 1789 in Île-Perrot, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Jeanne-de-Chantal).  Catherine was the child of Joseph ROUSSEAU dit LABONTÉ and Marie-Josephte LEMIEUX.
