Toussaint LAPORTE  was born 15 March 1777 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada (St-Pierre-du-Portage).  Toussaint died 22 December 1848 in Joliette, Québec, Canada (Industry Village) (Saint-Charles-Borromée) (Saint-Paul-de-Lavaltrie).  Toussaint was the child of Louis LAPORTE and Angelique GAUTHIER dite LANDREVILLE.
