Jacques PEPIN dit LACHANCE  was born 6 July 1718 in Saint-Jean-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean).  Jacques died 5 March 1791 in St-Ferréol-les-Neiges, Quebec, Canada.  Jacques was the child of Jean PEPIN dit LACHANCE and Madeleine FONTAINE.
