Genevieve  married  Jean-Baptiste BOURGOIN (BOURGOUIN) 14 November 1757 in Kamouraska, Canada, New France .  Jean-Baptiste BOURGOIN (BOURGOUIN)  was born 28 August 1734 in Sainte-Croix, Lotbinière, Québec, Canada.  Jean-Baptiste died 28 December 1810 in Rivière-du-Loup, Québec, Canada (Fraserville) (Riviere du Loup en Bas) (Saint-Patrice).  Jean-Baptiste was the child of Louis-François BOURGOIN (BOURGOUIN) and Angélique HOUDE.
