Charlotte ARPIN dite POTVIN  was born 14 October 1779 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire, Saint-Hyacinthe-le-Confesseur).  Charlotte was the child of Andre-Marie POTVIN (ARPIN) and Marie-Charlotte PAPILLON.
