Jean-Baptiste BLAIS  was born 1 September 1738 in Berthier-sur-Mer, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Bas) (Berthier).  Jean-Baptiste died 15 February 1793 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Jean-Baptiste was the child of Augustin BLAIS and Madeleine FORTIER.
