Joseph  married  Ursule HETU 12 January 1795 in Saint-Sulpice, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 3 children.
Ursule HETU  was born 20 April 1769 in Lanoraie, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Lanoraie).  Ursule died 16 November 1828 in Lavaltrie, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine).  Ursule was the child of Benoit-Antoine HETU and Marie-Josephte DALCOURT dite GUIGNARD.

Joseph GRENIER died 12 August 1824 in Lavaltrie, Lower Canada .
