Obituary
WINCHENDON – Lynn K. Wood, 67, of 94 Main Street, went to be with the Lord Thursday morning, September 20th at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Winchendon on May 11, 1945, son of Winonah (Balch) Wood of Winchendon and the late Ivan Wood and was a lifelong resident of Winchendon.

Lynn was a 1964 graduate of Murdock High School and attended Mt. Wachusett Community College. Until his retirement, he had worked as a machine operator for New England Wooden Ware since 1968. He was a member of Redemption Rock Church, Westminster and adored and loved his wife and family. Lynn had a great love for the Lord. Lynn shared a love of the outdoors. His hobbies included hunting, bowling, fishing, camping and gardening. Lynn proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1964 to 1968. He enjoyed spending good times with his good friends with his friends, especially Bob and Elaine Mattson.
