John Cook, son of Samuel and Hope Cook, married Han nah Hall, and settled in the western part of the township near Scott's Rock in Cheshire. He died April 30, 1739, ae. 70 years.
Children: 31 Ezekiel,b April 20, 1700, d Nov. 7, 1722; 32 Naomi, b Jan. 27, 1704, d Nov. 20, 1707; 33 John, b Aug. 23, 1707, d Nov. 1, 1722; 34 Mary, m John McKay, she d 1763, in Cheshire, Conn.
History of Wallingford, Conn, From Its Settlement in 1670 to the Present Time, Including Meriden, which was One of Its Parishes Until 1806, and Cheshire, which was Incorporated in 1780 – Charles Henry Stanley Davis
