François PHANEUF  was born 22 September 1771 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire, Saint-Hyacinthe-le-Confesseur).  François died 7 December 1856 in Saint-Dominique, Québec, Canada .  François was the child of François PHANEUF and Madeleine GODU.
