Francois  married  Marie-Ursule DUTIL 7 November 1763 in Beaumont, Province of Québec, Canada .  Marie-Ursule DUTIL  was born 10 March 1747 in Saint-Michel-de-Bellechasse, Québec, Canada.  Marie-Ursule died 5 June 1781 in Varennes, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-Varennes).  Marie-Ursule was the child of Antoine DUTIL (DUTILE) and Marie-Louise-Ursule LEFEBVRE.

Francois  married  (2) Marie-Antoinette PAQUET 10 October 1785 in La Prairie, Province of Québec, Canada .  Marie-Antoinette PAQUET  was born 13 June 1753 in Chambly, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Chambly).  Marie-Antoinette died 14 November 1793 in Chambly, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Chambly).  Marie-Antoinette was the child of Jean-Baptiste PAQUET dit LARIVIERE and Marie Anne GOYAU.
