'Charles, born on the 25th, baptized on 27 September 1678 at L'Ange-Gardien; buried at Lachenaye on 21 March 1747. Married at Saint-Francois de l'Ile-Jesus on the first of October 1708, (contract Senet, 30 September), to Catherine Cotineau (1684-1765), daughter of Francois-Jacques and of Madeleine Millot (5 sons and 3 daughters). This family settled at Lachenaye.'
