Jean-Baptiste ADAM  was born 10 December 1678 in Lauzon, Lévis, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-la-Pointe-de-Lévy).  Jean-Baptiste died 7 September 1730 in Batiscan, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan) (Saint-François-Xavier).  Jean-Baptiste was the child of Jean ADAM and Marie MEZERAY.
