Mrs. Ruth M. (Orcutt) Sweetser, wife of HErbert E. Sweetser of 22 West Bowers Street, died unexpectedly Thursday afternoon at St Josephs Hospital, at the age of 57 years. She was born in Boscowen New Hampshire December 14th 1919 a daughter of Stanley T. Orcutt of Chico California, and the late Eva M. (Girard) Quimby.and had been a resident of Manchester NH before taking up residence in Lowell 25 years ago. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Dougals S. (Brenda) Johnston, and Mrs. Gray T. (Sanda) Britton, both of Lowell; and one son, Herbert E. Sweetser Jr. Of Pelham, New Hampshire; and six grandchildren, Jennifer Britton, Donna Johnston, Tina Johnston, and Douglas Johnston all of Lowell and Gary Sweetser and Glen Sweetser both of Pelham. New Hampshire and Several brothers and sisters.
