"Charles T. Crouss, 93 of Suffield St., Agawam died Monday morning in the home of his son, Theordore A. Crouss of 156 Heywood Ave., West Springfield. Born in Pittsfield, Aug. 8, 1867, the son of the late George and Augusta (Vogel) Crouss he had lived in Agawam for the past 75 years. Mrs. Crouss was the owner of a dairy farm and was a well-known milk dealer with routes in West Springfield and Agawam for more than 60 years. He retired 10 years ago. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Agawam. Besides his wife, Mrs. Fannie (Kathan) Crouss and his son Theodore, he leaves another son, George W. Crouss of Agawam, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at the Curran-Jones funeral home Wednesday. Burial will be in Center Cemetery, Agawam. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. Friends who wish may make contributions to the memorial fund of First Baptist Church of Agawam."
