Charles-Francois  married  Françoise ALAIN 18 October 1762 in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Canada .  Françoise ALAIN  was born 17 February 1744 in L'Ancienne Lorette, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Annonciation).  Françoise died 20 May 1828 in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada.  Françoise was the child of Francois-Marie ALAIN and Marie-Josephte-Francoise PETITCLERC.

Charles-Francois LEDUC died 9 May 1802 in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Lower Canada.
