In 1963, on November 22, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas, while riding in a motorcade through Dealey Plaza. Schuyler Falls - Wilfred Gadway, 50, of Schuyler Falls died unexpectedly Monday while at Imperial Paper Mill on Underwood Ave., Plattsburgh. He was a Dorn Transportation Co. employee.
He is survived by his wife, the former Nedra Bruno, three daughters, Patricia and Julia Gadway of Schuyler Falls and Mrs. John Conway of Plattsburgh; three sons, Randall with the Air Force in Germany an Willian and Bryan of Schuyler Falls; a sister, Kathleen Lovejoy of California, and five brothers, Charles of Syracuse, Malcolm of Massena, Clifford of Tuscon, Arizona, Halsey of Peru, and Arthur of Schuyler Falls.
Friends may call at the residence.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2pm in Schuyler Falls Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
