Charles GARNIER  was born 4 October 1668 in Château-Richer, Québec, Canada (La Visitation-de-Notre-Dame de Chateau-Richer).  Charles died 10 February 1734 in Beauport, Québec, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-la-Nativité-de-Beauport).  Charles was the child of Charles GARNIER (GRENIER) and Louise VEZINA.
