Severe LEGER dit PARISIEN  was born 7 March 1816 in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Montréal, Québec, Canada.  Severe died 14 December 1894 in Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette, Quebec, Canada.  Severe was the child of Antoine LEGER and Lucie DUBREUIL.
