Modeste FRECHETTE  was born 15 June 1794 in Saint-Nicolas, Lévis, Québec, Canada .  Modeste died 2 October 1870 in Saint-Pascal, Kamouraksa, Québec, Canada.  Modeste was the child of Antoine FRECHETTE and Marie-Josephe FORTIER.
