Isaac FORTIER  was born 28 April 1794 in Saint-Henri, Québec, Canada (Saint-Henri-de-Lauzon).  Isaac died 3 September 1871 in Laurierville, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Julie-de-Somerset).  Isaac was the child of Joseph-Marie FORTIER and Pelagie CLOUTIER.
