Francois PAPINEAU dit MONTIGNY  was born abt. 1776 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Francois died 18 July 1840 in Saint-Césaire, Québec, Canada (St-Cesaire).  Francois was the child of Jean-Francois PAPINEAU and Marie Claire CHAILLOT.
