Antoine  married  Marie-Anne BEAUDRY 13 October 1783 in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 3 children.
Marie-Anne BEAUDRY  was born 18 January 1762 in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada.  Marie-Anne died abt. 1846 in Beloeil, Québec, Canada (Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil).  Marie-Anne was the child of Pierre BEAUDRY and Marie-Anne GUYON.

Antoine CHAMPOUX died 9 November 1825 in Beloeil, Lower Canada .
