Louis  married  (2) Françoise GARIPEY 18 November 1737 in Laval, Canada, New France .  Françoise GARIPEY  was born 17 February 1716 in Laval, Québec, Canada (Saint François-de-Sales-de-l'Ile-Jésus).  Françoise died 28 September 1801 in Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, Laval, Québec, Canada.  Françoise was the child of Alexis GARIEPY and Françoise RENAUD (RAYNAUD) dite BLANCHARD.
