Londonderry, Vermont, USA - 1849 Londonderry
Windham Co.. West River passes through this town, and receives several tributaries in it. The land on the streams is rich and fertile ; the uplands are good for grazing, except those parts that are mountainous. There are in this town two pleasant villages.
Boundaries. North by Weston and a part of Landgrove, east by Windham, south by Jamaica, and west by Landgrove.
First Settlers. The settlement of this township was commenced in 1774, by James Rogers, S. Thompson, and Jas. Patterson, from Londonderry, New Hampshire.
